The invitation is still open for you to attend MUSIC ON THE BAY!

If you are already registered let this be your reminder to tell your friends since MUSIC ON THE BAY is open to all Trop-Rock fans!

MUSIC ON THE BAY officially begins March 2nd - 4th, 2012 in Tampa, FL! Is going to kick off the premier spring break getaway for Parrot Heads. It is sponsored by the Parrot Head Clubs of Tampa Bay, Sarasota Bay, Nature Coast, Charlotte Harbor, The Villages, Naples, Parrot Heads of Central Florida and most importantly our host Whiskey Joes. Or you can LEAP into MUSIC ON THE BAY and spend your leap year with us starting on February 29th, 2012 and get a head start with some great Trop-Rock music beginning on Wednesday and Thursday night at Whiskey Joe’s Barefoot Beach Bar!

Registration is $65 and are good for the entire weekend, with at least $5 from each ticket going to benefit the Shriners Hospital for children, and other charities. There are still rooms available at host hotels and Registrations Are available even the days of the events. However, those made after 2/7/2012 are not guaranteed a “Goodie Bag” What are you waiting for go to www.musiconthebay.org and register NOW!

MOTB (Music on the Bay) FAQs
1) What does the $65 cover?
a. $65 covers admission to MOTB event Friday, Saturday & Sunday. As part of the registration fee, each registrant will receive a goody bag.
b. $5 of each ticket goes to Shriners Hospitals for Children or designated charity for each of the sponsoring clubs.
2) Where do I park?
a. Valet parking is available through Whiskey Joe’s. WJ’s has access to a 500 car parking garage where cars will be housed.
b. If you are staying at any of the event Hotels, shuttles are available.
c. Beach parking – golf carts will be available to bring you from parking to WJ’s
3) How do I get from the hotel to Whiskey Joe’s?
a. Shuttles will be available from all of the event Hotels to WJ’s
4) What time is registration?
Registration is.
a. All day Friday
b. All day Saturday
c. Sunday until 5
5) Can I bring a chair?
a. Yes, you can bring a chair in a bag or beach chair to the event.
6) Can I bring a canopy tent?
a. Yes, you can bring a canopy tent to the event. There will be a specialized area for canopy tents. Since there is 24 hour security available throughout the weekend, it can be left at WJ’s.
7) Can I bring a cooler?
a. Absolutely no coolers (either small personal or larger) are allowed at the event. Items will be checked at entrance gate.
8) Can I come up to WJ’s by boat?
a. Draft is only 2 feet
b. Registration is still required for any boat that pulls up to WJ’s barefoot beach area.
9) How do I volunteer for a committee? WE STILL NEED VOLUNTEERS!

10) Where can I buy musician CD’s, shirts, etc?
a. There will be tables set-up near the stage area for all artists to sell their merchandise.
11) Where can I purchase parrotphanlia?
a. There will be vendor tents set to the right of the stage that will sell parrotphanlia and MOTB merchandise.
12) What are the food and drink specials?
a. Food and drink specials will be posted on-site. On Sunday, there will be a brunch available.
b. Bring Cash it will be easier.
