WOW! What a great Concert!

Helloooooooooooooooooooooooooo Tampa Bay Parrot Heads!

What an utterly PHantastic weekend. The weekend started at the pre-party at Skipper's Smokehouse dancing to the tunes for Coral Reefers Soul! Arriving at the concert site as early as 8am, Captain Dave and his crew started setting the tent/table/grills, etc. for a day of Tampa Bay Parrot Head revelry. We had Parrot Heads join us all the way from Canada - the Maple Leaf Club.

Skipper Bryan Crews and Sherry "Lovely Cruise" kicked off the party at noon by presenting to the club a proclamation signed by Mayor Buckhorn, making 4/16, "Official Tampa Bay Parrot Head" day.

Hurricane Gordon & the Stormchasers took the stage from 12-3:30pm and Michael Weiss from 3:45-5:30, when the Coral Reefers joined us for a "Meet n' Greet."

Our raffle ended out the day by raffling off PHantastic prizes, with the grand prize being a guitar singed by the Coral Reefers, Sunny Jim, John Frinzi & John Patti!. Bill Nichols was the grand prize winner!

Special thanks to Margaritaville, Charlotte Harbor, Pirates on the Ridge, Sarasota, Virtual Parrot Head clubs for donating baskets.

Teammmmmmmmmm drink to Jimmy Hannigan for his awesome Captain Morgan basket and for providing multiple giveaway prizes for our games.

HUGE Teammmmmmm drink to all of our many volunteers that worked hard over the past few months AND most importantly, concert day to make it a Phenomenal success.
