Be prepared to do your Parrot Head Christmas shopping! We have our PHeeding the PHlock Cookbook with proceeds going to Tampa Bay Watch! We also have some of the Saving Paddy Doyle Cd's with proceeds going to Save the Manatees. Both will make great gifts and help our charities.
Also, by special request from many of you, Tiki Doug will be set up next to the store selling is hand carved bone jewelery. He will be donating 10% of his proceeds to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium in our clubs name.

We have a couple of unofficial happenings this weekend. On Friday night our on Captain Dom is inviting us out to hear his son at Snapper's for a Parrot Head Night!
Friday the 3rd of December, Danny Bianchi (Captain Dom’s Son) will be hosting the Snappers Comedy Club on us 19 in Palm Harbor!!
Parrot Heads, show your club ID and get in for half price!!
Enjoy all the comedy, and all the jokes that his son tells about Captain Dom!

Then Saturday on the 4th, The Yard is hosting Sunny Jim & John Frinzi
This is a holiday special - two for price of one this Saturday, Dec. 4th at The Yard with Sunny Jim White & John Frinzi. Gates open at 6:00 for a meet & greet. They are scheduled to start playing at 7:00.
There is a $15.00 donation per person for the artists. Please bring a dish to pass, lawn chairs and BYOB.
As most of you are familiar with the Rough Riders and how they deliver teddy bears to children in hospital at Christmas time.....We will be collecting teddy bears for Rough Riders this Saturday.

Make plans to vivsit the Fins to the Left store this week. We have a have some great Parrot Head items that make PHantastic gifts. Our Pheeding the Phlock cookbook and the Save the Mantee CD just name a couple.
We are also taking orders for this years MOTM shirt. If you didn't get stop by the store and order your's.

Davis Island Beach Cleanup on Saturday
This is always fun cleanup with a PHantastic after party at Elmer's
There are two set of directions below so if one doesn't get you there hopefully the other one wiill.
I want thank Mikeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, Cougar, Loni, Dorothy, Judy & Roy for helping put this together.....thanks for pitching in so we can pick up! See you all Saturday at 10:00!
To those who have never done the Davis Island Cleanup
From downtown Tampa…..
Ashley exit or Kennedy from the west….. to the University of Tampa
Right in front of the University of Tampa, turn and go south on south Hyde Park Blvd.(Away from the University). Follow that road south and it will go over the Davis Island Bridge and continue south. Follow it for another mile or and you will run into the outer fence of the little airport. Follow that fence in a counter-clockwise direction. Drive past the airport terminal and follow the road another block or so and you will be in the boat ramp area. (almost to the yacht club). This is where we will meet.
When we go to party, take the road back in the opposite direction and turn right onto Bayshore Blvd toward downtown Tampa. Follow this road past the Ice Palace, past channel side, past the cruise terminals, around the roundabout and north to 60 (Adamo Drive). Wander a couple more blocks north to 7th avenue in Ybor City and follow 7th to Elmers 2003 7th Ave.
Here's the address for Peter O'Knight airport. We'll meet just past the airport at 10am to cleeaannnnnnnnnnnnnnn the beaches! Our after party is at Elmer's and the directions from Davis Island to Elmer's is listed below.

This will make is easier for us to calculate volunteer hours for PHIP and when concert time comes around know who "volunteers when called upon". I wish you all could have been able to join us for MOTM in Key West but for those of you that can't be here. There will be another exciting meeting at our new home, Whiskey Joe's, this Wednesday, 11/3!
We are fortunate this year to have all of new officers down here for the MOTM festivities. Of course I am here already, I have already seen our Yeoman Doc Susan Moyers, our First Mate Mikeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Olson and new Purser Bob Odom will be down here I think Wednesday. We will do our best to represent you in Tampa Bay Parrot Head style. I want to thank Loni (our current Yeoman), for holding down the fort while the rest of us our down here.
