There are two set of directions below so if one doesn't get you there hopefully the other one wiill.

To those who have never done the Davis Island Cleanup
From downtown Tampa…..
Ashley exit or Kennedy from the west….. to the University of Tampa
Right in front of the University of Tampa, turn and go south on south Hyde Park Blvd.(Away from the University). Follow that road south and it will go over the Davis Island Bridge and continue south. Follow it for another mile or and you will run into the outer fence of the little airport. Follow that fence in a counter-clockwise direction. Drive past the airport terminal and follow the road another block or so and you will be in the boat ramp area. (almost to the yacht club). This is where we will meet.
When we go to party, take the road back in the opposite direction and turn right onto Bayshore Blvd toward downtown Tampa. Follow this road past the Ice Palace, past channel side, past the cruise terminals, around the roundabout and north to 60 (Adamo Drive). Wander a couple more blocks north to 7th avenue in Ybor City and follow 7th to Elmers 2003 7th Ave.

Elmer’s Sports Pub – 2003 E 7th Ave in Ybor City.
1. Go North on Severn Av 800 feet
2. Bear right onto S Davis Blvd 350 feet
3. Enter S Davis Blvd (rotary); take the 3rd exit to S Davis Blvd 1.9 miles
4. Bear left onto Davis Islands Br 1000 feet
5. Bear right onto S Plant Av 0.3 miles
6. Take South Crosstown Expwy Toll East ramp (toll required for some segments) 2.0 miles
7. Take Exit 9 (22nd St, Ybor City) on right 0.2 miles
8. Take BUS US-41 N (SR-45 N, SR-585 N, N 22nd St) ramp (toll required for some segments) 450 feet
9. Turn left onto BUS US-41 N (SR-45 N, SR-585 N, N 22nd St) 0.2 miles
10. Continue onto SR-585 N (N 22nd St) 0.3 miles
11. Turn left onto E 7th Av 600 feet
12. You are at 2003 E 7th Ave, Tampa, 33605-3901, Hillsborough County, FL, USA
