Helloooooooooooooooo Tampa Bay Parrot heads! What exciting few weeks we have ahead of us! Hold on to your tail feathers, because here we go!

Whiskey Joe's, as a special thanks to the Tampa Bay Parrot heads, are providing live music for this weeks meeting.. The Caribbean Chillers will be playing for us

Party with a Purpose...Parties, more parties, tailgate & concert...

Pre-pre party - come and listen to the sounds of Jimmy Parish & the Ocean Waves at Quaker Steak & Lube, April 9th. Cost is $13 in advance and $18 at door for the "all you can eat buffet".

Wingate - rooms are available for $69, ask for the Parrot head rate. Call 727-299-9800 and reserve your room today.
Quaker Steak is donating $2.50 per ticket to Save the Manatees, as well as donating and the band, so let's support them by turning our in droves.
Pre-party - we have a special surprise on Friday, 4/15..
Coral Reefers Soul show is at Skipper's Smokehouse. They will be sharing original songs from their CD's and catalogs. They will be donating a portion of proceeds to the Florida Parrot Rescue in Tampa Bay Parrotheads honor!
Tickets are $25 in advance and $28 at the door.
Artists include: Robert Greenidge, Ralph MacDonald, "Uncle" Jim Mayer, Nadirah Shakoor, Doyle Grisham, and special guest JD Spradlin, Jon Patti, John Frinzi & Outside Art.
Tailgate:
Queen Vera & Debbie will have the sign-up for you to get a volunteer badge and ticket holders to enter the concert area prior to 10:30am.
Kim Zingler will have sign-up sheets for the concert t's - Jaybird design & kelly green -$20. Must be paid no later than 3/30/11

TBPH Meeting on Wednesday & Beach Clean Up Saturday!

Helloooooooooooooooooooooo Tampa Bay Parotheads!!!

What a great time we had bowling last Saturday! We had over 60 parrotheads bowling and raised $150 for the USF Endowment Fund. Dunedin Bowling alley contributed over $50 to our cause.

What time is it!!!!         It's time for another PHun PHilled meeting at Whiskey Joe's! Come on down and dance to Buffett music, participate in the raffles and most importantly - "spend time with the "best people in the world"!

Remember to join us to Cleaannnnnnnnnnnnnn the beaches, Saturday, February 19th. We'll meet at 9:30 in the rusty Pelican parking lot to form teams. Our after party is at CDB's Southside (off of West shore, close to Gandy Blvd.)

Bowling 2/5/11 Last meeting to sign up for Bowling and Parrrot Head karaoke. Wanda will be available for sign-ups.
It's time to Cleeannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn the Beaches! 2/19/11 Sign up with Cougar to help us clean Parrot Head Island on the Courtney Campbell Causeway. After party is at CDB's Southside ( of of West shore, almost to Gandy).

Get you beach sandals on and keep your eyes open for some great pre-parties and tailgate information. Coming soon!!!!!

WOW! What a PHantastic Meeting we had last night!

 

Well Tampa Bay Parrot Heads you certainly didn't let your Skipper down! You came out in your Pirate outfits in celebration of Gasparilla and it we had one PHabulous Parrot Pirate Party!

We want to say thanks to Jim Hannigan of Capt'n Morgan and Whiskey Joe's for helping us have a great time. Jim sent his own thank you note and I wanted to pass it on:

To all: On behalf of Coastal Wine & Spirits-Florida, thanks for allowing me and my good friend “Captain Morgan” to be a part of your meeting at Whiskey Joe’s this past Wednesday evening! It was a great turnout, and I do believe everyone had some good fun! Thanks to all who participated in the best dressed costumes, as you were all great! I hope everyone had a chance to walk away with some sort of “Captain Morgan “ swag during the evening! If not, no worries, as there will more opportunities throughout the year! Congrats to Mary and Bob Noble who were the lucky winners of the Captain Morgan event at Jackson’s on Gasparilla Saturday! What a morning they are in for! To all my “phriends” and “phellow Parrot Heads”, thanks for the support of all my brands, in a responsible manner of course: “Captain’s Orders”! Have a fabulous weekend! Happy Gasparilla to all! PS: I am removing myself from ever drawing tickets for the raffle again, as the chances of two blue tickets in a row is unbelievable! Wow!

BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY IF DID NOT GET SIGNED UP FOR OUR FIRST BEACH CLEAN UP OF THE YEAR SET FOR FEBRUARY 19TH. YOU HAVE TWO MORE MEETINGS TO DO SO, FEBRUARY 2nd & 16TH!

IT’S TIME TO CELEBRATE GASPARILLA! Starting this Wednesday, January 19th meeting at Whiskey Joe’s! Come in your finest beads and Gasparilla Pirate getup! We will have prizes for the best Male & Female Pirate costumes!


Our keeper of the Rum Jim Hannigan of Coastal Wine & Spirits has secured a “VIP Guest Pass” for one person plus a guest to the Captain Morgan Gasparilla party at Jackson’s plus some other PHantastic 
                                              Captain Morgan Swag for raffle prizes!

Whiskey Joe’s will serve $2 Capt'n Morgan along with other drink specials and have another great buffet!

MOST IMPORTANTLY IF YOU REQUESTED A TICKET TO THE APRIL 16TH BUFFETT CONCERT AT THE TAMPA AMPHITHEATER, BRING YOUR MONEY TO THE MEETING!
